HCP Series – Connect Under Pressure Male Flat Face Couplings

HCP Male Couplings for Connection Under Static Pressure Conditions.

Holmbury Series Male Couplings will connect, by hand, with pressures up to 350 bar locked in the male half, without releasing any fluid to the environment. The hose line to the female will need to be at zero pressure.
The couplings conform to ISO 16028 connection sizes, They will connect with Holmbury H and HQ flat face couplings.

HP Series – High Pressure Flat Face Couplings

HP Series couplings have been designed for use in systems working at pressures up to 720 bar. There are two basic sizes, the A5HP and A9HP.
One of the most important benefits of these couplings is ‘no fluid spillage on disconnection.’ The high flow ratings of these couplings make them ideal for use with high pressure motorised power units, particularly when low pressure loss is important. HQ90 Series – 90° flat face couplings

Holmbury H90° flat face couplings are a new addition to the Holmbury range. These couplings have been designed for applications that require 90º bends (i.e. digger booms). As the 90º bend is incorporated into the coupling, it reduces the need for components in the hydraulic line therefore eliminating potential weak points.

The H90 range dimensionall conforms to the ISo 16028 standard and is compatible with HQ, H and HCP ranges.

HQ Series ¼″ – 1¼″ and H Series 1½″ – 2″ – Flat Face Couplings

HQ Series flat face couplings are designed for use in excavator hammer circuits and applications involving high pressure pulses. Construction plant, mobile equipment, general industrial, nuclear, mining and agricultural.
H Series couplings are suitable for similar applications to those listed above provided the duty cycle is less demanding and the environment less aggressive.

HQ and H Series couplings are suitable for dusty or dirty environments and where oil loss on disconnection cannot be tolerated.
